Associate Attorney

Swati Paul is an Associate Attorney in the employment-based department of Wilner & O’Reilly, APLC’s Orange office. Ms. Paul is admitted to the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice immigration law throughout the United States. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minor in Criminology, Law, and Society from the University of California, Irvine and her Juris Doctorate from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law.

Prior to becoming a licensed lawyer, Ms. Paul clerked at several immigration firms where she focused primarily on employment-based immigration. She is also well versed in family-based immigration matters.

Swati grew up in Southern California as a first generation Indian American who is the first in her family to enter the legal field. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, hiking, weight lifting, baking and exploring new cities and restaurants.
