The firm presently has an immediate full time opening in its Orange office for an experienced account receivable assistant. The ideal candidate for the position is self-motivated, professional, responsible, and committed to helping us meet all of our client’s needs. The ideal candidate will be working full-time from our Salt Lake City office, Monday – Friday.
Requirements
- 2 years of accounts receivable experience
- Fluent and proficient in the Spanish language (REQUIRED)
Job Role
- Report to the controller in tasks related to the accounting department
- Processing of new client contracts and payments
- Assist with billing process and collection of past due balances
- Data entry, generating and mailing invoices/statements, contacting clients for payments, answering client calls
- Knowledge in using QuickBooks Online
- Work well under deadlines, handle confidential information with professionalism, and display strong interpersonal skills.
- Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
