Chloe Tomlinson is an Associate Attorney in the Removal Defense department at W&O’. She earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was actively involved in the Immigration Clinic, International Human Rights Clinic, and the Northern California Innocence Project. Admitted to the State Bar of California in 2019, Chloe brings both experience and dedication to the W&O’ team.
At W&O’, Chloe represents clients in various removal defense cases, including asylum, cancellation of removal, withholding of removal, and protection under the United Nations Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment or Punishment. Her commitment to advocating for her clients’ rights is steadfast.
Before joining W&O’, Chloe worked at a Northern California immigration law firm, focusing on removal defense and family-based immigration cases. She also represented clients at USCIS interviews and in the Superior Court for the State of California in guardianship matters related to Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) cases.
In her spare time, Chloe enjoys cycling along the coast, surfing, and hiking with her partner. She cherishes time spent with her family and loves exchanging letters with her 91-year-old grandmother, her favorite pen-pal.
