JENNIFER LOVE SPROCK 

Associate Attorney – Sacramento

Jennifer Love Sprock is an associate attorney with the Sacramento office of Wilner & O’Reilly, APLC. Ms. Sprock earned her juris doctorate at Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. She graduated with honors from New York University with her bachelor’s degree in international relations and recently returned to NYU to complete her master’s degree in Translation and Interpreting. Ms. Sprock is admitted to the Hawaii State Bar. She is licensed to practice immigration law throughout the United States. She has experience in representing clients for removal defense in immigration court as well as family-based immigration cases. 

Jennifer has lived, studied, and worked across the United States and around the globe with people from many cultural backgrounds. She believes wholeheartedly that no matter where we are from, what matters most in life is connection, belonging, and understanding. She’s committed to protecting and defending immigrant rights with empathy, professionalism, and integrity so that her clients can experience the transformative power of safety, security, and prosperity.  

Prior to joining W & O, Ms. Sprock worked with the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii and law firms in Hawaii and San Francisco practicing in several areas of law, including immigration, estate planning, intellectual property, commercial real estate, construction litigation, and family law. 

During her free time, Jennifer is a devoted wife and mother of five children. On her best days, she is prayerful, creative, musical, literary, and culinary. Jennifer’s faith is an integral part of her daily life, and you can find her leading worship at church on Sundays. Jennifer also performs and directs musical theater with a local performing arts company, taking the stage with her husband and kids as a family hobby.
