Mariella is an associate attorney for Wilner & O’Reilly in their Boise office. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Idaho and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She received her bachelor’s in international business with a minor in finance from Boise State University. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from University of Idaho College of Law and was on the Dean’s List of Honors.
Mariella has widespread experience in most immigration law fields including, deportation defense, immigration bonds, adjustment of status, naturalization, consular processing, U-visas, VAWA, DACA, and waivers of inadmissibility. Mariella believes that preparation and a good understanding of our client’s problem are critical to providing the best representation. Mariella’s passion is helping people in our community. As a native from Perú, she fully understands the additional difficulties a foreign person has in our complex legal system.
During her free time, she volunteers for the Idaho Volunteer Lawyers Program, and spends time with her family exploring the beautiful Idaho trails by mountain biking, paddling, snowboarding, hiking, and camping. She is fluent in Spanish.
