Nicholas Hernandez is an Associate Attorney in the Riverside office of Wilner & O’Reilly. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Azusa Pacific University and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Western State College of Law. He is admitted to practice before the State Bar of California.
During law school, Nicholas gained valuable prosecutorial experience with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and served with distinction in Western State’s Immigration Deportation and Defense Clinic, where he represented clients pro bono. At Wilner & O’Reilly, Mr. Hernandez represents individuals in both removal defense and family-based immigration matters. A first-generation attorney and the son of immigrants, Nicholas brings a personal understanding of the immigration journey. Having witnessed the pride and joy of his own family becoming U.S. citizens, he is committed to helping others achieve the same dream. He takes time to truly listen to clients’ stories, knowing that navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law can be overwhelming and intimidating.
Outside the office, Nicholas enjoys camping, stargazing, and exploring America’s National Parks. He is an avid traveler who loves discovering new cultures and experiences.
