Michelle Williams is an associate attorney for Wilner & O’Reilly in their Boise office. She was raised in Idaho and lives in Boise. She received her Juris Doctor from Concordia University School of Law and was admitted to practice law in Idaho in 2018.
Michelle’s mother is an immigrant from Mexico and Michelle has always had a deep love for her Hispanic heritage. During her time in law school, Michelle was actively involved in Concordia’s immigration clinic, where she witnessed the struggles faced by immigrants. This was the start of her devotion to removal defense, and passionately advocating for her clients in court.
Prior to joining Wilner & O’Reilly, Michelle worked as an associate attorney in Meridian where her practice also focused on removal defense. She routinely worked on family-based immigration cases as well. Michelle has represented many clients in court before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and Board of Immigration Appeals. She has also represented clients in their interviews before USCIS.
Michelle is a loving wife and mother to a beautiful little boy. She enjoys dancing and getting out in the great outdoors of Idaho. She is fluent in Spanish.
